Practical information

  • Fantasy and reality meet in the Fairytale Forest. On a wooded hill in Valkenburg, young and old can enjoy themselves with fairy tales, games and old Dutch entertainment.
  • The daily price is generated based on expected crowds. Weekdays are therefore often cheaper than weekend days.
  • Children up to 80 centimeters can enter for free.
  • You can pay by card throughout the park.
  • Parking Geulpark parking lot on the Oud-Valkenburgerweg. From here you walk via the Sibbergrubbe to the pedestrian entrance of the Fairytale Forest. View the route information.
  • Accessibility: The Fairytale Forest is located on the Heunsberg in a wooded area. That means you are constantly walking up or down a mountain. The Heunsberg brings obstacles, also in the hiking trails, so that accessibility is not optimal everywhere. To our regret, some parts are therefore poorly or not accessible for the disabled.
  • Pets not allowed
